Description

Procure contractor support services to maintain, sustain, deploy, demobilize, exercise, train, and provide program management support for Portable Biocontainment Units (PBCUs) in support of public health emergency operations in response to HCIDs. The required services include PBCU preparation prior to transport to and from the US (CONUS) and foreign countries (OCONUS), appropriately siting and preparing the PBCU for use, using, maintaining, and repairing the advanced mechanical aspects and systems of the PBCUs, such as the HVAC system, rechargeable battery, negative pressure system, etc., in an austere environment, as well as demobilizing the units.
