ALL BID BONDS MUST BE ORIGINALS; PHOTOCOPIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.  PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BONDS ARE REQUIRED.  THIS PROJECT IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES. THE NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE IS 237310, WITH A SIZE STANDARD OF $45,000,000.00. THE MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION IS BETWEEN $500,000 AND $1,000,000. SALES TAX RATE FOR DONA ANA COUNTY, NEW MEXICO IS 6.4975% BID OPENING ADDRESS: MICC-FORT BLISS, 111 PERSHING RD. ROOM 220, FORT BLISS, TX 79916.
