Brookhaven National Laboratory, under the Department of Energy, is seeking turnkey fabrication and assembly of printed circuit boards (PCBs) for the Gen-2 BPM Electronics for the NSLS-II Storage Ring (SR) project. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of Energy - Brookhaven Science Associates (BSA), Brookhaven National Laboratory - Procurement & Property Management Division - Products/Services Requested: - Turnkey fabrication and assembly of two PCB assemblies: - 225 units of LT-EL-SR-EU-BPM-0614-01_REV-B (ZuDFE) - 225 units of LT-EL-SR-EU-BPM-0614-11_REV-B (ZuAFE) - Vendor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies except for the Xilinx FPGA (U9), which will be supplied by BNL - Delivery of a first article (5 units per assembly) for acceptance prior to full production - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Vendor must demonstrate PCB assembly, inspection, and reflow capabilities - All technical specifications and requirements are detailed in the RFI attachment - OEMs/Vendors Mentioned: - Xilinx (as the FPGA supplier, though not part of the vendor's scope) - No specific contract value or period of performance is defined; this is a Request for Information (RFI) to assess vendor capabilities and lead times.
