Description

The Government of Canada requires light duty vehicles through a two-stage competitive procurement process. The first stage is a qualification process to create a qualified Offeror list. In the second stage, only qualified Offerors can bid on the Request for Standing Offer (RFSO). Qualified Offerors meeting mandatory criteria will be eligible to become Standing Offer holders for supplying 2027 or newer model year light duty vehicles under a National Master Standing Offer (NMSO).
