Description
This solicitation is for the design, build-out, configuration, accreditation support, and operational turn-over of a turn-key Impact Level 4 (IL4) Microsoft Azure enterprise environment. The environment will serve as a secure bridge between IL2 and IL5 levels, authorized to store, process, and transmit Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). It is engineered to support up to 4,850 concurrent users on average, with surge capacity up to 6,700 concurrent users. The project includes compliance with DoD IL4 requirements, TxRAMP and FedRAMP certifications, and aims to close interoperability gaps for the Texas Military Department.
