Description

Department of Transportation/Maritime Administration has a requirement for coaching support services for United States Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA) at 300 Steamboat, Road, Kings Point, NY 11024. This is a Firm Fixed Price requirement for one year base plus four one year options. RFQ will close on October 9, 2026, at 2pm ET. Questions are due by September 11, 2026, 2pm ET. Quoters reference for Past Performance example must email directlry the filled  Past Performance questionnaires to durba.ray@dot.gov prior to the close of the RFQ October 9, 2026, 2pm ET. All proposals must be emailed to durba.ray@dot.gov; cc brian.wiley.ctr@dot.gov before the close of the RFQ. All volumes must be separately submitted.
