Polytechnique Montréal is seeking a provider to supply and implement an online recruitment and application management system (ATS). The system must support personnel request creation and approval workflows, job posting, candidate application submission, filtering and pre-selection, interview invitations, candidate communication, hiring processes, and reporting. It must be adaptable to the university environment and provide on-site training in French. The system should also support separate selection flows for internal unionized positions and generate recruitment statistics.
