Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex located in Terre Haute, Indiana, is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation for the requirements of: WASTE WATER TESTING FOR THE PERIOD OF OCTOBER 1, 2026 TO OCTOBER 31, 2027, with (4) four option years. SEE THE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK FOR DETAILS.

The NAICS code for this solicitation is 562119.  Work Needs to begin on OCTOBER 1, 2026. Performance will be at the Federal Correctional Complex 4700 Bureau Road South, Terre Haute, Indiana 47802. The Government reserves the right to make a single, or multiple awards based on best value. The Government will award to the responsible quoter(s) whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, is most advantageous to the Government based on best value. Best value will be determined by evaluating each quotation for one or more of the following: price, past performance, This IS an all or none quote; vendor must quote all items to be considered, quality, comparison with other offers,  with past performance that does not pose a risk to the government being the most important.
