Description

This procurement is for professional, on-demand Field Based Medical Case Management Services for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Labor and Industry, on behalf of the State Workers Insurance Fund (SWIF). The awarded contractor(s) will provide labor, materials, services, skills, supervision, and necessary equipment to manage Field Based Medical Management Services in compliance with Pennsylvania Workers Compensation Act and related regulations. Contracts will be awarded to all responsive and responsible suppliers, with an initial term of up to 3 years and two 1-year renewal options. There is no guarantee of work; services require a Notice to Proceed, and all responses must include the completed and signed Attachment A – Price Rate Sheet.
