The Iowa Telecommunications and Technology Commission operating the Iowa Communications Network (ICN) is seeking to pre-qualify vendors who can provide telecommunications outside plant services in selected zones of the State of Iowa. The solicitation aims to pre-qualify three vendors in each of the five zones to provide these services as needed and requested by ICN. Vendors must submit sealed bid proposals by November 6, 2026, and proposals will be evaluated based on compliance and value to the State. The contract award may be made more than 90 days after bid opening, and negotiations will be completed within 60 days after the notice of intent to award.
