The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL hereby gives NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE to Interactive Communications Solutions Group, Inc dba ICS Learning Group to provide Articulate 360 AI in accordance with the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW). ICS Learning Group is the authorized reseller of the Articulate 360 AI.
