Description
The Missouri Department of Transportation, District 3150-MODOT ST LOUIS DISTRICT, has determined that only CTS Cement Manufacturing Corporation of Mexico, MO can provide a specific use, Rapid-Set DOT Cement in bulk form. This cement is blended to perform as a patching material for deck and dense overlays, capable of reaching 3000 psi in one hour and allowing for smooth finished surfaces. The product has been tested for compatibility and proven effective in both summer heat and below freezing winter conditions. The contract period is from the date of award until September 30, 2027, with options for two one-year renewals.
