In accordance with RFO 12.102(a), Only One Source is reasonably available, Customs and Border Protection (CBP) intends to negotiate a Sole Source Award with Previdence Corporation, 5677 S 1475 E STE 4B, South Ogden, Utah 84403, for in-person and online Chaplaincy Training to include TIDES (Trauma‑Informed De‑escalation Education for Safety and Self‑Protection) Training and certification for the United States Border Patrol (USBP). Training will take place at various USBP locations. Period of Performance is 9/30/2026 to 9/29/2027. The NAICS code for this procurement is 611430, Small Business size standard is $15M. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations. No solicitation will be made available.
