Description
The Washington County Public Works Department is seeking proposals for project management, data collection and summation, alternatives analysis, implementation planning, stakeholder and public engagement, and study documentation for the County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 13 (Radio Dr) Pedestrian Management Study. The study aims to investigate existing and future pedestrian and bicycle needs along CSAH 13 and develop a plan to accommodate these activities. The project will be a cooperative effort between Washington County and the City of Woodbury, with Washington County as the lead agency. The study area extends from the south ramps of the I-94 interchange to CSAH 16 (Valley Creek Rd).
