Humble Independent School District (Humble ISD) is soliciting proposals for school safety products and services on a recurring basis through Request for Proposal (RFP) 2023-103-05. The procurement includes products to enhance building and facility hardness, school safety related technology and services, training services and resources, and other products and services to improve safety and security in a K-12 educational environment. This is a rolling proposal with vendor responses evaluated and awarded throughout the term, effective from the date of award through July 20, 2027. Vendors not previously awarded should respond before the close date of November 9, 2026, with the last date to respond for award consideration being March 22, 2027.
