Description

The City of Middletown is soliciting sealed bids for the Pameacha Pond Dam Repair project under BID #2026-021. The work involves furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to perform and complete structural stabilization repairs at the Pameacha Pond Dam System. This includes installing a steel sheet pile cutoff wall anchored to bedrock and a reinforced grout wall to control seepage, mitigate structural deterioration, and establish a new uniform crest and spillway to place the dam in a safe condition. All work must comply with the approved plan and CT DEEP Dam Safety Order DS-2012-1002V COWMRU-18002.
