Description

The Iowa Department of Corrections (DOC) is seeking to procure software, hosting, consulting services, and ongoing maintenance and support for a new Offender Management System (OMS). The OMS must be a commercial, off-the-shelf solution that complies with all applicable laws, leverages modern technology, and supports DOC's mission to enhance operational efficiency and advance best practices in offender management. The contract term is five years with the State having the sole option to renew for up to five additional annual extensions. The procurement is managed through the Iowa IMPACS system.
