Description

This solicitation is for the renovation and adjustment of the Reception Area at the Crosby Recreation Center. The work includes selective demolition, replacement of ceiling grid and tile, interior lighting, painting of walls, protection and temporary relocation of office furniture and equipment, electrical modifications, HVAC ductwork adjustments, and development of a construction phasing plan.
