Description
The County of Lexington is soliciting proposals for landscaping services at the Saxe Gotha Industrial Park for their Economic Development Department. The scope includes maintaining the property to be well manicured and presentable at all times, free of weeds in plant/tree beds, mulched/pine straw areas, and hard surfaces, and litter free upon completion of each visit. The entire property must be serviced within a week's timeframe. The contractor is expected to comply with landscaping standards and specifications and provide qualified staff with appropriate licenses and training.
