This is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified firms (Engineers) to provide Inspection and Ombudsperson services for sidewalk, curb and gutter, driveway aprons, and curb ramps repairs associated with sidewalk repair and preservation projects throughout the City of Durham. The scope includes inspection services to verify work compliance, quantities, and address contractor questions, as well as ombudsperson services to address public concerns and project management.
