Description

This Request for Proposal aims to establish a contract for masonry restoration and cleaning services. The work includes providing all labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary for these services. The contract will be available to all State Agencies, Boards, Commissions, and Cooperative Purchasing Venture members, with service requests made on an as-needed basis. Work on monuments, buildings, or structures listed on the National Register of Historic Places or within historic districts is excluded. The contract term is from November 1, 2026, to October 31, 2028, with an option to extend up to 36 months.
