This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks to establish contracts with qualified manufacturers for the purchase, rental, and maintenance of Multifunction Devices (MFDs). The selected responders must provide statewide distribution and service to meet the needs of State agencies and members of the State's Cooperative Purchasing Venture (CPV) program. Only manufacturers (not resellers) may respond, though approved resellers or agents may fulfill contract obligations.
