The Central Massachusetts Regional 911 District is seeking to retain a highly qualified Owner's Project Manager (OPM) to serve as its representative throughout every phase of a comprehensive retrofit and renovation of an emergency communication center. The selected firm will provide leadership, technical expertise, project controls, budget oversight, procurement assistance, construction administration, technology coordination, commissioning oversight, and occupancy planning. The procurement is conducted in accordance with Massachusetts General Law Chapter 7C and other applicable laws. Proposals must be submitted by October 22, 2026.
