Description

St. Charles County is seeking bids for elevator maintenance and service on a per building basis. The vendor must guarantee the quoted prices for a period of ninety (90) days. Bids must be submitted to the St. Charles County Finance Department prior to the bid opening. The contract will be effective for a twelve (12) month period from the date of execution, with an option to renew for four additional twelve (12) month periods under the same terms and conditions. The county reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
