PROJECT TITLE: CAESAR CREEK LAKE DIKE GRAVEL OVERLAY
PROJECT LOCATION: CAESAR CREEK LAKE, 4020 N. CLARKSVILLE RD., WAYNESVILLE, OH
CONTRACTOR WILL PROVIDE ALL MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT, PPE AND LABOR TO SPREAD GRAVEL ALONG CAESAR CREEK DIKE A ACCESS ROAD (BASE CONTRACT) AND DIKE B ACCESS ROAD (OPTION 1). THE CONTRACTOR SHALL EVENLY DISTRIBUTE #57 CRUSHED LIMESTONE GRAVEL AT A DEPTH OF AT LEAST 2 INCHES AND NO MORE THAN 3 INCHES. THE GRAVEL MUST BE UNIFORMED AND LEVEL IN APPEARANCE FILLING ALL EXISTING POTHOLES AND DIVOTS. DIKE A IS APPROXIMATELY 50,000 SQUARE FEET AND DIKE B IS APPROXIMATELY 33,000 SQUARE FEET.
DISCLOSURE OF THE MAGNITUDE OF THE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT: BETWEEN $25,000 AND $100,000.
THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS UNDER NAICS 237310, SIZE STANDARD $45,000,000.00.
IN LIEU OF BOTH PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BONDS, PER RFO 52.228-13 ALTERNATIVE PAYMENT PROTECTIONS (2000) AND RFO 28.102-1(B), ONLY A PAYMENT BOND OR IRREVOCABLE LETTER OF CREDIT IS REQUIRED.
