Description
Tompkins County is soliciting proposals for a five-year contract to provide airport engineering, architectural, and related consulting services at the Ithaca Tompkins International Airport. The scope includes services such as airport master planning, FAA/state grant assistance, capital improvement program development, runway and taxiway improvements, pavement rehabilitation, terminal and apron improvements, environmental documentation, surveying, design and construction administration, construction inspection, airport planning and development, passenger facility charges applications, SPDES testing and reporting, ACDBE, and small business element support.
