Description

The City of Ogdensburg, New York is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified real property tax assessment firms, consultants, or individuals to provide technical and training assistance to City staff, including the City Assessor's Office. The services support the City's real property assessment administration functions, aiming to re-establish a 100% equalization rate with less experienced staffing. The selected firm will provide on-call technical support and structured training to build the capacity of City staff to independently and accurately administer the assessment roll. This is a Request for Qualifications, and the City may negotiate contracts or issue a follow-on Request for Proposals based on the SOQs received.
