Battery Park City Authority d/b/a Hugh L. Carey Battery Park City Authority (BPCA) requests proposals from accounting firms for inclusion on a pre-qualified panel to provide various rent revenue audit services including Performance Rent, Effective Gross Income (EGI), Qualified Capital Improvement (QCI), Quasi-Rent Stabilized Credit (QRS), Refinance Fee, Transaction Fee, Cash vs. Accrual, IFRS vs. GAAP, and Condo Deficiency Audit Services. The panel will provide these services on an as-needed basis throughout the contract term. Services include reviewing leases, financial statements, revenue schedules, cash receipt registers, deposit registers, trial balances, and detailed schedules supporting performance-based rent, reconciling invoices and statements, and comparing payments to cash receipts and other financial records. Proposers may seek qualification for one or more audit service categories and must identify their relevant experience and expertise.
