Attendance Limit: Due to strict airfield security controls and escort vehicle transport limitations, attendance is strictly limited to a maximum of two (2) representatives per company. Identification Requirements (Japanese Citizens): All attendees must present a valid, government-issued photo ID (Japanese Driver's License, My Number Card, or Passport) for base entry. Identification Requirements (Non-Japanese Citizens): If you are not a Japanese citizen, you must bring either a valid passport or a Residence Card (Zairyu Card) for base entry.

2. Request For Information (RFI) Due Date : 19 Aug 2026 15:00 JST

The 18th Contracting Squadron, Kadena AB, Okinawa, Japan is issuing this commercial solicitation to secure all management, tools, supplies, equipment, vehicles, labor and transporation necessary to peform green waste and storm debris collection, removal and off-base disposal service at O&M Areas, Kadena AB. *For further information, please refer to Attachment 1 - PWS.

This acquisition will be executed as a Single-Award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Unit Pricing per Kilogram.  

NOTE: Due to current localized fiscal year funding contraints, this requirement is being incrementally funded. Initial funding is certified only through 31 December 2026, providing for an initial certified quantity of 423,100kg. Subsequent funding will cover the remainder of the basic period of peformance in early FY27.
