The Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA), Board of Vocational Nursing and Psychiatric Technicians (BVNPT) is seeking qualified, certified vendors to provide Fee Analysis Services. The contractor will analyze BVNPT's current fee structure to assess if fee levels are appropriate for recovering the actual costs of its programs, ensuring the long-term fiscal solvency of BVNPT's fund. The analysis will cover the Licensing, Enforcement, Education, and Administration Divisions. The contract term is anticipated from December 1, 2026, through November 30, 2027.
