Description

This solicitation seeks proposals to contract with vendor(s) to provide alternative chemical deicers on an as-needed basis. Only products listed on the Mn/DOT Approved Products List and the Exhibit D Price Schedule will be accepted, with no substitutions allowed. Responses must be submitted electronically through the SWIFT Supplier Portal by the specified deadline. The contract term is anticipated from November 1, 2026, to October 31, 2027, with options to extend up to four additional years.
