Description

The Silica Microsand must consist of hard, durable, and dense grains with a specific gravity greater than 2.5 and acid solubility less than 5%. It must be free of clay, dust, micaceous matter, and organic matter, with an effective size range of .130mm to 0.150mm and a uniformity coefficient of 1.75 or less. The product must comply with Federal and State Safe Drinking Water Act regulations and be NSF Certified for potable water treatment.
