The Klamath Tribes / Klamath Tribal Health & Family Services (KTHFS) is soliciting proposals for the construction of a new health center facility approximately 4,076 square feet in size, located on vacant land in Beatty, Oregon. The project includes detailed floorplan drawings, performance criteria, and specification sheets provided by KTHFS. The scope of work is detailed in Exhibit A-Scope of Work and Deliverables. Bids must be submitted by October 7, 2026, and a mandatory pre-bid walk-through is scheduled for September 22, 2026, at the project site.
