Description

The Klamath Tribal Health and Family Services is soliciting proposals for the construction of an approximately 19,975 square foot expansion to the existing Fitness Center located in Chiloquin, Oregon. The project includes detailed scope of work, bidding process, permits, wages, funding, licenses, and compliance with the Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO). A mandatory pre-bid walk-through is scheduled, and bids must be submitted by October 7, 2026. Contractors must be licensed and registered with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board (CCB) and comply with Davis-Bacon wages and TERO requirements.
