Description
The City of Coconut Creek, Florida is soliciting bids from qualified, experienced, and licensed General Contractors for the renovation of the Fleet Building located at 4900 West Copans Road, Coconut Creek, Florida 33063. The renovation work will be performed in full accordance with the plans, specifications, terms, and conditions contained in the Invitation for Bids. The project includes structural hardening and remodeling of the Fleet Building within the Government Center compound behind the Public Works facility. Bidders are encouraged to attend a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting at the Coconut Creek Government Center.
