Description

This solicitation is for the removal and replacement of existing curb, gutter, curb ramps, driveways, sidewalks, grinding concrete pavement, pruning parkway tree roots, removal and replacement of parkway trees, and all other incidental work in the Hillside neighborhood bounded by Crenshaw Boulevard, Pacific Coast Highway, and the southern City limits. The project is funded by Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Measure M, and Transportation Development Act (TDA) funds. The work requires a contractor licensed as A or C8 and includes a 100 working day duration with liquidated damages of $500 per each consecutive day.
