The County of Stearns is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide engineering services to design and prepare engineering plans and a materials list for the reconstruction of two bridges on the Dairyland Trail, located on the Soo Line Corridor throughout the County of Stearns. Proposals must be submitted electronically by 11:00 AM CDT on September 24, 2026. The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities, and award the contract in whole or in part to the vendor deemed in the County's best interest. No hardcopy submissions are permitted, and proposals must remain valid until December 1, 2026.
