This Request for Quotations (RFQ) invites prospective respondents to submit quotations for a topographic survey and Level C Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) for Steele St. Class Environmental Assessment (EA). The Niagara Region seeks a qualified firm to collect all topographic information within the study area to identify surface and underground features for the Class EA and subsequent design. The survey will include a Quality Level C SUE investigation in accordance with ASCE 38-02, with a Quality Level B SUE investigation as a provisional item.
