The City of Columbia is seeking qualified contractors through a Request for Qualifications (RFQu003-26-27-JAH) to provide rehabilitation, repair, and/or replacement of deteriorated wastewater mains and service laterals throughout the City's service area, including emergency repairs. The solicitation involves a formal selection process to determine the best qualified respondents to meet the City's needs. The contract term is initially one year with the option to extend for four additional one-year periods.
