Residential Youth Substance Use Disorder Treatment Services for Alameda County

Alameda County Behavioral Health Department (ACBHD) seeks to establish a pool of contractors to provide residential treatment services for youth aged 12-17 experiencing substance use disorders (SUD), including those with co-occurring mental health conditions and involvement in systems such as child welfare, probation, and education. The services must align with the California Department of Health Care Services Drug Medi-Cal Organized Delivery System (DMC-ODS) program and follow American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) criteria levels 3.1, 3.2, and 3.5.
