The Maryland Environmental Service is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified Contractors to provide all materials, equipment, and labor to excavate Borrow Material from the Cox Creek Uplands Borrow Area within the Cox Creek DMCF. The work includes transporting all Borrow Material to the Cox Creek STAR Facility for stockpiling. The project involves construction-related services and equipment for excavation and hauling.
