Description

The Sacramento County Water Agency (SCWA) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide comprehensive landscape, irrigation, vegetation management, and facility-adjacent maintenance services across various Water Agency operational sites throughout Sacramento County. The contract includes scheduled monthly maintenance tasks and responsive unscheduled work, covering locations such as groundwater wells, booster stations, water treatment plants, surface water facilities, storage tanks, access easements, and undeveloped parcels. Work must comply with all safety, environmental, and operational standards and be performed by licensed and qualified personnel. The contract term begins January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2027, with options to renew annually up to four years.
