Description
The Corporation of the County of Peterborough is seeking proposals for a comprehensive Fleet and Roads Operations and Facility Master Plan. The plan will provide strategic direction for public works infrastructure over 5, 10, and 25 year horizons, focusing on depot network optimization, plow route efficiency, alignment with strategic priorities, fleet electrification readiness, multi-use facility opportunities, and Indigenous community engagement. The selected consultant will conduct assessments under Ontario's Environmental Assessment Act, evaluate alternatives, and deliver an actionable master plan with implementation strategies and cost estimates.
