Description

This Invitation to Bid (ITB) is issued to secure a General Contractor to remove and dispose of an existing generator and to purchase and install a new emergency generator compatible with the existing transfer switch. The scope includes installation of equipment, materials, supplies, associated pipe, fittings, valves, and other appurtenances required for the new generator. The contractor must construct the replacement generator complete in place and ready to operate. All bidders must be licensed contractors with the State of Tennessee as required by the Contractors Licensing Act of 1994.
