Description

Washington County Health and Human Services, Behavioral Health Division, Addictions Program, seeks to contract with a qualified provider to operate a Naloxone Distribution Center. The center will provide naloxone to organizations serving people at high risk of overdose in Washington County. The contract period is from July 1, 2027, through December 31, 2028. The program aims to expand access to naloxone and provide overdose prevention education, distributing at least 2,400 naloxone doses per quarter to at least 10 organizations and training at least 100 participants quarterly. The contractor will develop policies, submit quarterly reports and invoices, with funding provided by Washington County Addictions Program and contract terms for up to five years.
