The Port of Portland is seeking qualified providers for on-call commercial printing and related services to support various Port departments and facilities, including Portland International Airport and Port Headquarters. - Government Buyer: - Port of Portland, Contracts & Procurement (Contact: Kim Alandar) - Scope of Services: - On-call commercial printing (black-and-white and color) - Temporary signage production and installation - Document reproduction, high-volume copying, brochures, flyers, posters - Mounting, finishing, scanning, and digital conversion services - Pickup and delivery to Port facilities within the Portland metropolitan area - Product Line Items (examples): - 8.5x11 and 11x17 bond paper (single/double-sided, 100% recycled) - Color laser printing, cover stock, large format copies - Binding (GBC comb, screw post), hole drilling, Z folding - Mounting (Gator Board, Converd Board, Sintra), laminating, vinyl decals - Scanning (TIF/PDF), raster scans, large format conversions - Rush and weekend service charges - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Providers must supply all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision - Must be able to handle confidential documents securely - Rush order capability (within 4 hours) - Alignment with the Port's Shared Prosperity Initiative (community investment, workforce development, small business engagement) - No minimum guaranteed work; assignments via nonexclusive task orders - OEMs/Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are mandated; open to all qualified firms - Contract Details: - Up to five-year term, with annual extensions possible - Rate adjustments may be requested annually based on CPI-U changes

The Port of Portland is seeking one or more qualified providers to supply commercial printing, temporary signage, document reproduction, poster/signage production, mounting, finishing, scanning, and related services on an as-needed basis. These services will support various Port departments and facilities, including Portland International Airport and Port headquarters. Providers must furnish all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, supervision, and incidental services necessary to produce high-quality printed materials for business, operational, communications, and presentation purposes. The contract term may be up to five years with work issued via task orders on a nonexclusive basis.
