Additionally, the contract includes providing and installing pine straw around trees and shrubs once per year. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 9/15/26 at 10 am, and only quotes from vendors who attend the site visit will be considered. Subcontracting is prohibited, and the awarded vendor is responsible for any damages during service.
