Fort Pierce Utilities Authority is soliciting Qualification Statements from engineering firms to provide Construction Management and/or Program Management Services for utility and related infrastructure projects. The scope includes construction project scheduling, coordination, schedule control, cost control, planning, design, estimating, constructability review, and project delivery support. Projects may involve new construction, rehabilitation, renewal and replacement, repairs, upgrades, emergency work, and other utility or facility improvements. The contract will be a continuing contract with project-specific work assigned later through Specific Authorizations.
