Description

Fort Pierce Utilities Authority is soliciting Qualification Statements from qualified design-build firms to provide integrated design and construction services for electric utility system and related infrastructure projects. The solicitation aims to identify firms capable of furnishing both professional design services and construction services under a single point of responsibility. Selected firms may be assigned projects on an as-needed basis, including new construction, rehabilitation, renewal and replacement, repairs, upgrades, emergency work, and other utility or facility improvement projects. The estimated construction cost for each project shall be less than the limit established for continuing contracts under Section 287.055, Florida Statutes. FPUA intends to establish one or more master continuing design-build agreements with selected firms, with project-specific work assigned later.
