Fort Pierce Utilities Authority (FPUA) is soliciting Qualification Statements from qualified firms to provide professional engineering and/or design services for the electric utility system on a continuing contract basis. Services include planning, studies, permitting, engineering, design, procurement support, project representation, construction-phase professional services, and other related services. FPUA intends to establish a pool of qualified firms and enter into one or more master agreements, with project-specific work assigned later.
